- After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until the package is delivered. Once delivered, you may initiate a return following our return process.
- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
2. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we offer the following refund options:
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only available for unopened, unused, and undamaged products returned in their original packaging.
